My wife and I had a complicated 16 day independent travel itinerary-- Boston to London, to Dubrovnik, to Florence, to Amsterdam, to London and back to Boston. We had never bought travel insurance before, but with recent health issues and an itinerary that involved many changes, in airlines and hotels, having the insurance relieved the stress of possible unexpected expenses and made the anniversary trip completely enjoyable. Though nothing went wrong, the premium was a worthwhile price to pay for peace of mind.

This company doesn't return phone calls and doesn't really handle emergencies after hours. Useless for trip insurance.

We always purchase travelers insurance but never had to use it until now. HTH Worldwide employees were professional, kind and did a great job in letting me know what information they needed to process our claim. Joseph was especially helpful and even was able to help with retrieving needed information. Our trip was booked on line for air and apartments in Italy, so it was a little more difficult but after a little work, we did get what was needed. HTH reimbursed us for all of our expenses. I will definitely use them again.

I had no travel related issues so there was no need for me to seek benefits that were covered. I was able to travel with peace of mind that coverage was in place if needed.

Fortunately I did not have to use the plan so with that in mind, I would have to say it worked for me and I would probably use it again because it has, in my opinion, good coverage for the money.

Good coverage and much more affordable than the plan offered by the travel company. Better coverage for less money makes it a great value. And being able to select the limits which fit our needs made it even better.
