The only thing you could improve upon would be a better/more detailed description of what the rental car coverage is. I purchased it and was fine with it until I went to pick up my car. It is my fault and I probably panicked, but the rental car agency rep "scared" me in to spending an extra $200.00 so I would not be liable for costs that I knew I was already covered for. I do not know what you could put in writing to help with this, but a more detailed description will help. I never buy the insurance in the US.

We had an amazing trip and the peace of mind knowing we had insurance was great. Our luggage was delayed for a few days on the return trip and that would've been more inconvenient if it had been on our way there but everything worked out great.

Although I had no need to file a claim, and my trip was incident free, I'm glad I had purchased insurance. The policy I chose was a reasonable cost and had more than adequate medical and evacuation coverage. I will use this company in the future.

It was nice to know that we had coverage when we were on the ship. It made our trip feel a little bit safer knowing we had the coverage. We will using you again next June when we go to Rome.
