We are very satisfied with the way our claim was handled. My only complaint is that it was extremely slow. If a new document was requested, it would take 15 business days before action took place. It would be wonderful if you could check the status of your claim online as opposed to making phone calls. Our settlement was extremely fair. Hopefully we'll never have to file another claim!!!

My vacation was unique and I did not see coverage for it on the list of plans. I was trying to get coverage for a week long sailing trip (not a cruise). So I called to get a quote and the rep I talked to was very helpful. I got the coverage I needed. Fortunately, I did not need to use it.

We had to cancel 1 ticket, because of a sick animal that I believe is not included as a condition to cancel. Plan does not include cancel for any reason.

Purchasing this plan was easy through Insure My Trip. Luckily, I didn't have to file a claim since my trip went smoothly and no illnesses or accidents occurred. So, I'm satisfied. The real satisfaction factor would have been determined if I had to file a claim. Happy that didn't happen! I will always use this site for my travel insurance needs.

I’m thankful not to have needed this insurance during my two-week trip to Greece. But I was reassured, knowing the policy was purchased and ready, should I have a medical or other emergency. The reason I chose this particular policy was that pre-existing conditions, of which I have several, were covered. This was essential to me, and I was glad to know that if any of my conditions caused a problem, I’d be covered.
