Was bitten by some insects, our left arms were swollen and itchy. Went to a pharmacy which they suggest Allegra and steroid creams to apply to our arms. Within 12 hours swelling and itching was decreased. Because we did not see a doctor they refused to reimbursement.

Having not needed to use the actual insurance I can only hope it would be there when I would have needed it. But with that said, I would not travel without insurance and the plan and price were fair.

Very pleased with the fact the insurance paid my claim even with Priceline not cooperating with me on documentation. Was just very displeased with the time frame and the long times between correspondence once documents were submitted. I felt like my claim was out in space for weeks.

It would be helpful to have more Covid-specific language in the policies. E.g., being denied boarding on a cruise ship due to a last-minute positive COVID test

Many of providers are treating Covid-19 as any other unforeseen illness, if you are to contract the virus. Eligible coverages would include trip cancellation if you fall ill with Covid-19 before your trip, and trip interruption, travel delay, medical and medical evacuation if contracted during your trip.

Do not use Trawick at all! My baggage was delayed and I filed all documents on time and to the letter. Initially I was told I would hear back in 10 days. Then I was told I would hear back in another 15 business days. Well, another 15 business days have passed. When I called them again, it was as though I was in the wrong. I tried being as polite as possible and then he told me I would hear back in another 30 business days. Along the way, he kept telling me I would receive a status update in an email. I never once have received any emails or updates. Nothing. When I had emailed them, absolutely zero response numbers of time. They said I could go to a website (cbpconnect) to get a status update. When I went there, nothing. And then when I asked on the phone call about it, it says I'm in the system. When I asked I why I wasn't even receiving any updates, he sighed and basically said wait the month.
I think it's all a scam to actually not pay out on an actual valid claim. I submitted airline baggage lost claim forms, boarding passes, filled out Trawick forms, everything. Early and on time and thing.
I am very disappointed in Trawick and in Insuremytrip for even giving them such high ratings when they have been so poor in every aspect of their customer service.
