It was very easy to purchase an insurance plan from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. This is the second time we have purchased a plan from them. It is very easy to do and at a reasonable price. The insurance we purchased seemed like it would have been the coverage we would need if a problem occurred. We were fortunate enough that there was no need to put it to use.

We did not need to make a claim, but family traveling with us had to cancel and did file a claim. Nationwide's call center representative gave misleading information that our family's claim would be covered. After submitting the claim it was denied. It wasn't until we later appealed that Nationwide offered coverage.

Didn't have to use the insurance, but it was good to have it just in case. A person in our charter group passed away on our cruise so that sealed for me buying insurance for every cruise.

I was very impressed with the InsureandGo Global Gold plan. Although I am sorry to say I did get sick, which ruined my vacation, when I did incur medical expenses and came back to file my claim, I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. It's kind of hard to give the HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Preferred a good rating when I (fortunately) did not need to use any of the services, but I did like the phone app and I felt confident that the policy would have been effective should I have needed it.
