As with any insurance, buying it isn't the hard part. It's only if you have a claim do you really find out how good they are to work with. Since I was fortunate enough to have no claim, then I can't really say. They took my money with no problem, but beyond that, I can't say.

Fortunately I did not have to use the insurance but it gave me peace of mind knowing I had coverage. The price seems fair and less expensive than that which was offered through the tour service I was using. Definitely call and talk to an agent - extremely helpful!

Very affordable for what the plan offered. I had complete trust that if I had fallen on the "Ice in Iceland" I would have been taken care of. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.
