I assessed the plan when I purchased it, compared it with several others, and thankfully did not need to use the plan and therefore I did not look at it again. It was a secure feeling to know the plan was in effect and the coverage was more than adequate.
The Danube Riverboat cruise from Vienna to Bucharest was excellent and interesting. The Guides were candid and forthcoming with good information and current living conditions and those under Communist rule in addition to a review of history. The food was organic and fresh, (I'm still thinking about those tasty tomatoes) with dinners planned to represent the various countries along the Danube. I continue to think about what a saw and heard on this unique trip and in spite of America's struggles at this time, I appreciate it all the more, in so many ways.

Our trip was cancelled due to the recent flooding. So we had insurance on a trip that never happened. We have rebooked for next summer, but Seven Corners would not apply our insurance for next year's trip. We feel like we've been ripped off as we need to purchase additional insurance. Two insurance policies for one trip! That just isn't right!

Taking out this insurance gave me the peace of mind I needed to travel this year. Last year a coronary problem caused me to cancel my trip and thanks to my insurance with Seven Corners, I got all of the cost of the trip refunded.

It has been a worst experience filing the claim. It took 30 e-mails back and forth to finally have the check for the health care cost for an injury. I think they will play with your time with the hope that you would just forget it one day and kind of forfeit what you are supposed to get.
Filed the claim on March 2012.
Had to wait till Sept 25th 2012 to have the amount issued right to my name (I took the insurance for my in-laws, since they don't have account here, they authorized it to my account)
The claim filing process asked for all authorization and details. Then they asked again. I didn't give up. It was only because of my constant follow-up, I got the amount. I think all these travel insurance companies are fraud. My manager who brought in parents from India had the same thought.
Will have to join hands with someone to root out this fraud or bring it to the attention of authorities.Oct 03,2012-

Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim, so I can't comment on that aspect. The purchase process was easy and the price was reasonable for the coverage I received. It was also easy to print out the contact numbers and other information that I needed to carry with me on the trip.

Insight Tours cancelled an Eastern European tour my wife and I had booked. They cancelled the tour and DID refund the ticket price. We had purchased NON-REFUNDABLE business class Airline tickets on our own through a Travel Agent. After completing claim forms, submitting various documents, etc. Travel Insured paid us the full purchase price of the Airline tickets. We are very pleased with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
