Working with the InsureMyTrip staff was extremely easy and I felt confident in the coverage that I purchased. I, thankfully, did not have a claim to file so I do not know how that process would have worked if that were necessary. But, I was in Greece when there were devastating fires and InsureMyTrip emailed me and gave me a contact number if I need their help. Small things like that are very comforting. The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to guide me through my questions and concerns.

But having travel insurance at hand afforded me at least a sense of some protection against the loss of a quite expensive trip abroad.
