We were obviously very naive. We thought if we got sick, the insurance company would help us find medical care. That was not the case. We were totally responsible for finding the medical care ourselves. The insurance company did help with transfers from one plane to another for our trip home. We are filing a claim for medical bills. Not sure how that will be. Some representatives of the insurance company were helpful and some bordered on being nasty. I would never purchase travel insurance with this company again.

We had a claim due to delayed luggage. After waiting 24 hours for the luggage to arrive, we had to purchase some basic clothing items. Upon our return from our trip, I looked at the InsureandGo paperwork required and realized that we didn't have all of the required documentation and the process looked complicated. The representatives at InsureandGo were helpful. They walked us through the claim requirements and streamlined the process. Turns out we had kept our sales receipts, had documentation related to the report filed with the airline and time the bag was received by our boat staff. I was very glad I called the representative and talked with her, as I was tempted to not file the claim as it seemed very overwhelming. We will use them again!

We had to cancel our river cruise because of a heart attack 2 days before our departure. We phoned CSA and got the process started several days later. We actually had our refund of the entire amount less that 2 weeks later. Great service!!
