My returned flight was canceled due to weather condition. Airline offered me a seat on the flight to go 7 days later. I had to stay in a hotel for two days until I bought another ticket to get home. I was 100% refunded for these expenses. Thanks RoamingRight!

Your representative was more than helpful throughout the process of reviewing my options and finding the package best for me. The plan seemed appropriate to our needs. However, it is impossible to rate the coverage or customer service without going through the claims process. So the "piece of mind" was worth the price, but a successful trip without the need for claim filing is its own reward.
