Luckily I did not have to use the insurance policy this year, but last year I was insured through Generali and did have to file a claim. Your staff was very friendly and easy to work with and processed my claim very professionally and quickly. The way I was treated is the reason we chose to use your insurance company again this year and will continue to do so in the future. Hopefully we will never have to use the policy again, but knowing how helpful you have been and easy the claim process was, I would definitely recommend using Generali to others.

I don't like to over insure trips or other things but with a 10 day cruise in various ports of call it was a good peace of mind. I was impressed by the promptness of the company to alert us that San Juan had an earthquake before I even heard it on the news. That is some very impressive timely information.
