Did not need to collect on insurance. We had a great vacation with no interruptions or difficulties.
However there were many potential close calls and we were happy to have the insurance.

I got very sick on a Transatlantic cruise and had to go to Medical. My health insurance took 5 months to deny my claim. I then sent all the required paperwork to CSA and they processed and paid my claim in a month. I just purchased insurance for our next trip from CSA.

Insurance is an item that is a purchase that one NEVER wants to use and thus get the real monetary value. Your travel insurance gives us peace of mind knowing we have no monetary worries during our travel. We are very happy that we didn't need to use your insurance during our trip. Thankfully I still have not needed to find out just how good this plan is. I buy because the coverage is broader and much cheaper than the cruise line insurance. Knowing that I have coverage allows me enjoy my vacation with a little less worry.

Yes, I was mostly satisfied with this insurance plan. Since I did not file any claim for reimbursement, I cannot comment on the claims process. Coverage offered by this plan appeared to be excellent in several areas. I would purchase this plan or similar one again for future travels.

I didn't need it. I hoped it would have worked if I did need it. My husband was in an accident less than 48 hours before we were to leave for our trip. His car was declared a complete total job. He got a bit banged up and was extremely sore the first 24 hours but fortunately felt better the next day so we went! I tried to find as much coverage as I could get for the price. That is important because none of us plan on canceling a trip when we buy coverage. I buy it because I have aging parents though, ironically, it could have been my husband's accident that might have made the insurance necessary. In other words, buy something. You never know if you will need it.
