Coverage was significantly less expensive than the tour company's quote. We were threatened by Typhoon Usagi in Hong Kong but fortunately were able to leave as scheduled so did not need trip interruption coverage.

Your representative was very helpful in our decision making process and we are glad we had this plan even though we did not use it. The only objection I have is the several emails we got that did not pertain to our situation, e.g. hurricane insurance for the gulf area when we were going to China! I would appreciate not getting ads for more coverage that I did not need.

We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.
