Did not have to file a claim, therefore difficult to write a review. However, having coverage through Insure My Trip gave us peace of mind throughout our journey in the difficult driving conditions in the U.K.

My original review of MH Ross was not very favorable due to MH Ross's processing of my claim. However, InsureMyTrip became an advocate on my behalf and with there diligence and persistence MH Ross finally paid my claim. The process was very exhausting for me due to the conditions which initiated the claim in the first place and I was ready to give up. However, the advocate didn't and stuck with it and took charge. She kept me informed the entire time and last week (4 months after date of injury) she was contacted by MH Ross with the good news that all parts of my claim were being paid. The representative was professional, helpful, caring and understanding and I will always use InsureMyTrip to select my choices for travel insurance. Thank you for being the bright spot in this experience. I feel like I have made a friend for life with her.

I purchased insurance with InsureMyTrip for my last three trips because of the reasonable rate, extensive coverage and helpful customer service. It was so easy to do because I was able to speak with a representative and they emailed me two or three plans to check out. I prefer booking it through a person instead of online, so I called back with my decision and was finished within several minutes.

When I saw that I had an eye infection, I called Travelex and asked for an ophthalmologist. I was told they would get back to me and that it might take 6 hours. I was surprised that there isn't a list for all major cities of doctors that can be used. I didn't get an email until June 28th, the day we were leaving on our cruise! I knew this infection would only get worse as I have had one or two previously. I'm glad I checked with a pharmacist who told me I could go to the Walk-In Clinics in London or see a private doctor. I thought all Walk-In Clinics were like the U.S. so I went there. Short story, Walk-in Clinics in England are staffed by nurses who gave me the name of an over-the-counter medicine. I turned my claim in to my insurance company first, who refused payment. Travelex did set me up with a claim # and had emailed me the forms. I then turned in the claim with the proper supporting documentation and it was paid very quickly.

It was a comfort to know that we were covered during our trip, in the event of an unexpected event. At one point during the trip, I injured my foot while walking. I was very concerned about my ability to continue the trip at that point and thought about the value of our coverage. With some immediate specific care, my foot improved. Time showed that there was no need to shorten our trip. We will not hesitate to purchase this coverage again in the future to cover up and coming trips. Thanks for great coverage.
