Seven Corners
Roundtrip
We've only had experience with the front end of Seven Corners, the ease of ordering through InsureMyTrip and the breadth of options available. We have never had to actually make a claim, although the friends that we were going to travel with in Ecuador had to cancel suddenly due to his mother's passing. So, we're in an age category where doing this makes sense to us.

This is the second time I have purchased this plan. Last year I had to file a claim, and the whole process went quickly and smoothly. The customer service is excellent. I will use InsureMyTrip and John Hancock for future travels.

This is the second time we have purchased insurance from Travel Insured. I needed to file a claim after the first trip and had a positive experience. No claims this time, but was confident all would go well if we needed to file.

I telephoned your office and received a warm welcome as well as prevalent information which assisted with decision to purchase insurance from this company. It was wonderful as well as reassuring that I had made the right decision. Thank you!!!!

We had no problems but one of our party had her bags lost for 3 days and our group leader had to go to a hospital emergency room half the way home. Those incidents certainly proved the need for travel insurance to my mind.

Didn't have to use the plan, so I really can't say much. We had a $150 medical charge, but our private medical insurer will cover that. We buy the insurance mostly for reimbursement if something happens before the trip that we would have to cancel going. Happy nothing happened.

It was very comforting to know I had the insurance. I had fallen before leaving for Ecuador and knew if I needed to I could cancel but did not have to use it...also when the travel agency made mistakes in our itinerary I was afraid we would miss our flights but again knowing we had the coverage made it ok...;in the end I never needed to use it...
