this was the first time I had ever bought travel insurance and I will never go without it again. I had an unexpected illness that required medical treatment both onboard the ship and in port, including minor surgery on one of the wildest days of my life, a long stop in St. Thomas. thank goodness I had insurance. filing the claim was straight forward mostly, and the responses they gave and the prompt payment sent, made me very comfortable recommending them.

I had no need to use this, thankfully. But I was glad I had the coverage. I had peace of mind throughout my trip especially when I saw another person on the cruise with crutches!!!!
