Unfortunately, we did have to cancel our safari and file a claim, but AXA was fantastic with their speed and ease of filing. We had bought the Cancel For Any Reason benefit, in addition to the "usual" that they offered. In this case, since it was a medical reason, AXA paid 100% of our non-reimbursed costs of the safari. We always buy this insurance and will continue to buy AXA's product. Excellent!

I felt secure enough, and well covered by this policy. Also, I had to call early on because I had to change my return day. The customer service representative was cordial, and able to correct my coverage. Thanks!
