we had one delayed bag by Delta. They sent to us within 3 days to Africa. Is there any compensation your policy provides in addition to Delta or only the difference if they don't cover an expense? Thank you

(12) hours, while on a Covered Trip.
You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. Additionally, all claims must be submitted with verification from the Common Carrier of the delay or misdirection. You must also provide receipts for purchases which must accompany any claim.

Thankfully we didn't need it (although we did have two days w/out bags and I was reassuring myself that we at least had insurance). The peace of mind was well worth the cost. Thanks.
