I feel very to have bought the insurance as a woman on our recent trip fell down and had a slight fracture of her leg and a large hematoma on her head. She still went along on the trip but could not really take part in most of the activities.

Thus, it is difficult to fully assess my "satisfaction with the plan" since, fortunately, I did not have to file a claim.
