These folks are great. I had never insured a trip before - why insure? I'd saved for 10 years for the trip, I was going. Then my husband was diagnosed with a rapidly progressing terminal illness. CSA processed the claim, refunded my money, over $8,000. Money that was suddenly needed for medical bills. Insure with these folks, it's worth it.

Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim. However, it was comforting to know we were covered. It would be good if coverage included reimbursement for missed shore excursions or delays due problems on shore excursions. Price was about 10 to 20 percent higher than I had expected.
