I was apprehensive about paying more towards my trip, but as soon as I checked the price difference between refundable airfare and a non-refundable airfare, it was a no-brainier to pay $105 to have the security if for some reason I missed my trip.

Our trip was cancelled due to a blizzard which cancelled our flight. We received a check from TravelGuard 2 weeks after submitting our claim. They paid the full amount of our Resort charges, as they were non-refundable. Very satisfied with this plan.

Thankfully, we didn't have any claims, so we can't really comment on how the plan would have responded. Money was well spent, however, for peace of mind. This applies to most all insurance policies. You pay for the policy and hope you never have to make a claim.

The website was easy and informative. The rates, options, and plans were "easy" to understand. You have to know what you are looking for in travel insurance, as all plans options can be different.
