Excellent plan. We have to cancel our trip because of the health issues. I called the customer service and the instructions for the claim was sent right away. I received the check within 2 weeks after submitting the claim. I'm very impressed and will buy it again for our future trips.

The plan seems to cover everything we wanted: cancel for any reason, good medical, and evacuation coverage which to me is most important as we tend to travel to exotic areas that might not have much access to medical facilities.

Thankfully I was healthy and nothing happened. The airline did destroy my suitcase necessitating me purchasing a new one but I didn't think the $35 cost was worth filing a claim and I'm not even sure it would be a covered item. I would definitely purchase insurance from you again. I have a trip coming up in a couple of months but still don't have the airfare costs so cannot book it yet.

We will reimburse you, less any amount paid or payable from any other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for direct loss, theft, damage or destruction of your Baggage, passports or visas during your Covered Trip.Jun 05,2014
