I could only recommend the plan based on the fair price paid. Being that I was fortunate enough not to have the need to file a claim I cannot comment on any further issues. I will say the description of benefits was well described in the plan and can only hope that the company provides what it claims without any fine print issues, which normally negate claims afterwards.

This is the second time I have used the travel insurance. It is very easy to purchase and the documents are sent by email very quickly. I had a small health claim which required a lot of documentation and time to complete. I am retired so I had time to go through all the requirements. If you are working I am sure you would forget it and not submit the claim. Probably how they make money!
