I experienced atrial fibrillation on the last night of our cruise and received excellent care from the Princess medical team on board. The need to keep all your receipts and documents cannot be stressed enough. I am a good record keeper so I had everything required by the insurance company. Overall, I was pleased with the claim service and will use the company again in the future.

Often the coverage provided by a carrier somehow affiliated with the travel agent is less costly but in other cases "InsureMyTrip" is the best way to go.

After many years of travel, and many purchases of insurance at this website, I finally had to fine the claim I had hoped never to file. A few days before our 51 day 1/2 of an around the world cruise, we had to cancel because my mother, who was not traveling with us, fell and broke her hip and we needed to stay home. The claim representative that handled our claim did so in a very professional, timely and competent manner. Within 60 days we had been fully compensated for our claim. At a time of great stress it was a welcome relief.

Very satisfied with the company. This is my 2nd or 3rd time purchasing CSA plan. Due to a tragedy, I had to cancel my trip recently and was very pleased with how fast and easy my claim was handled. My claim agent did a great job.

We experienced a trip delay. On returning I called and all the forms and instructions to file a claim were sent immediately via e-mail. I sent back the completed information via e-mail and received a refund on insured events within 10 days. Thank you for your efficient communication and response.

It's hard to rate a plan that you don't actually have to use, but I felt as if most contingencies were covered. We did, in the past, have to use one of our CSA plans to recover a claim and found the company to be helpful, prompt, and fair. This past experience does weigh into our choice of coverage plans for future travel. The biggest problem I have is that we plan and "package" our own travel, so it's not always possible to purchase adequate coverage for all our needs immediately after our first "payment"; by the time I know I need some types of coverage, it's too late to get it because a first payment was made weeks or months before. So, each trip insurance purchase ends up being an evaluation of the best coverage I can get for the price--even though it is not always all the coverage I needed or wanted.
