Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.

2 months is a long time to wait for reimbursement.
MUST CALL rather than track your claim online ....customer service representatives are quite competent and willing to assist!
I believe the settlement was very fair. Just be aware that booking fees and cancellation fees incurred with a wholesaler (in this case United Cruises) are not covered. Our uncovered amount was only $125.00. I would suggest booking directly with a cruise line or airline in order not to incur these charges.

My cruise was cancelled due to bankruptcy and this pathetic insurance policy was worth nothing to us. They refused to cover any airfare or accommodation loses what so ever, because they we not considered a covered event! Give me a break!

We incurred costs for hotel, taxis and food due to missing our connecting flight in Miami. So even though American Airlines was horrible to us, Nationwide was great. They processed our travel claim quickly and painlessly. I will definitely use them again!

We always purchase insurance when we travel. This was the first time we had to file a claim of any type. This was the first time we used RoamRight. My husband required surgery which necessitated the cancellation of our trip. The claim was processed with a minimum amount of paperwork and resolved in an expeditious manner. Our claim was paid promptly. We
were very satisfied.

Having trip coverage certainly helps you focus on the important things like enjoying the travel experience and destination.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide you coverage and assistance and hope you will consider AXA Assistance USA for future travels.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip because we fell ill. I emailed AXA the completed claim forms and a note from the doctor. AXA paid us the full amount claimed, quickly, and with no hassle.
