We purchased this plan for our trip to Glacier. American Airlines canceled our connecting flight and this insurance company is not wanting to pay for us not getting to our first night AirBnB. Said that American Airlines said it was due to completion of pilot duties and that is not covered. It would be covered for weather, mechanical or strike, but not this. Who cares why it happened. This was caused by our flight being canceled by the airlines, not us. We ended up having to purchase new airfare and the cost was exorbitant. I figured we would at least get reimbursed for the first night hotel that we missed if not some of the new airfare. I am very upset and will NEVER recommend this plan again.

We were able to get payment for our trip in the end. It did take work on my end to speak to a manager and sending more information. American Airlines had canceled a connecting flight due to one of the reasons that had been accepted. I do believe any problem that an airline would cancel for should be covered, but it all worked out in the end. I suggest reviewing and comparing all insurances carefully. Thank you.
Plan coverage was very good. Could be more specific when it comes to COVID coverage and being primary instead of secondary for many of the covered benefits.

I think the plan was good, especially since we went to the caribbean during hurricane season, however I can't rate it if I actually had to use it. I would hope it would be easy to get help. Thank you

We have a lot of faith in the BH name & in InsureMyTrip, which we have used in the past. Having coverage with these companies provides a level of comfort that is not available with other policies. We especially appreciate the options/companies selection available from InsureMyTrip for coverage.

My return non stop flight was canceled without my knowledge and rescheduled to a 10 hour one stop in route back home. I was able to change that to only a 3 hr departure delay and 5.5 hour delayed arrival. I did not file a claim because I only incurred the cost of a meal and $2.00 additional parking fee. Not worth the paperwork.

C&F Travel Insured InternationalWorldwide Trip Protector Plus
For the coverage I got, the price is too expensive. No coverage for damages/liability either, unless I bought yet another policy from you for another $60 for a WEEK of coverage.
I paid more for this policy for one week of vacation than I do for for my motorcycle policy with full coverage for a YEAR....which provides THOUSANDS of dollars for liability, property damage etc.
Unfortunately, if I didn't buy this coverage and there was a hurricane or if the local government shut down entry into the state or area, I would be out a couple thousand bucks. So I had to have the coverage.
