Once I actually filed the claim, the process went very smoothly. I received email confirmation when you got my claim forms, and once they were processed. My check arrived very quickly. However, I was never able to get the online claim website to work at all. It took several very frustrating phone calls over the course of a week to finally get someone who was willing to e-mail the necessary claim forms to me. Your customer service people need customer service training!

The small print said the claim didn’t cover countries at war. Well, Israel wasn’t at war when I bought the policy. The war started because of a terrorist act which was covered by my policy. I’m very dissaisfied.

Being on Medicare and going out of country scared us into purchasing the insurance - mostly for the health coverage. It gave us peace of mind knowing that if something "very bad" happened that we would be covered. Fortunately the cruise went on right as scheduled and we were only in Jamaica and Haiti for a few hours each WITHOUT INCIDENT.

Well I didn’t file a claim and I think that’s the true test of insurance company’s but I’ll say this, it was easy to get, affordable and gave me peace of mind. No complaints!
