I've used the service several times...
In the plan I had delay on flight to help cover unforeseen cost...
The flight was delayed in Hong Kong for roughly 26 hours.
Called to verify my coverage.
They told me it was not covered because it's not a labor despite.
The protests in Hong Kong shut down the airport several days.
Do to this situation. I will not be using this company or its services ever again and will do everything in my power to make sure anybody I know and come in contact with doesn't either... Thank you for nothing but taken my money.

Premiums for comprehensive policies are based largely on the length of the trip, the ages of the travelers, and the cost of the trip. Although our providers do not offer discounts for frequent customers, most companies have a wide range of rates by offering multiple plans with different levels of coverage. You chose the Generali Global Assistance Standard plan which was their most competitively priced plan. However, Generali also offers a Preferred and Premium plan at higher premiums.
