I had some changes in my plans which cost me money and are not covered by insurance. It would be nice if insurance covered such things. I have to admit that you have some peace of mind when you travel and you have some sort of insurance coverage. There are just too many chances of trip interruptions or cancellations today.

We had a bag either stolen or lost off baggage cart. it was a carry on bag. Was told it was not covered because it wasn't checked in. That was not acceptable to us. will never use this Insurance company again.

I have been a customer of Insure My Trip for several years and purchased this plan on their recommendation.
We had to file a claim and these folks are extremely unprofessional.Eventually, they paid the claim in full but I would not recommend John Hancock Company company to anyone.
I fault John Hancock and not Insure My Trip who I will continue to do business with in the future.
