I canceled the trip due to a positive covid test. Called to file a claim, was told it must be done online. The form would not open to file. Called and emailed customer service. The response was not helpful. I did file a claim, then felt with Celebrity to rebook another cruise. I canceled the claim with you. Never received a response.horrible service

Compared to other plans,this one had the amounts of coverage I needed for the just in case something happens,at a very reasonable and competitive price.
I have another trip in December and will them again.

The cruise I was going on substituted one island for a different one. The insurance I bought covered change in itinerary and the claim was paid. Took a little while, but the agent was very helpful in letting me know what documents I would need. Highly recommend.
