I had originally purchased this plan for a trip to Poland in September, 2013. I came down with pneumonia and had to cancel the trip. Travel Guard returned all of my money with no problem. That's why I chose the same plan for my trip to Poland in June of 2014. I will use them again.

The best part of the insurance is that I did not have to use it. A
woman on our trip fell and broke her arm and sprained her ankle.

I have no idea how good the plan is as we were not in need of its use. Hard to rate an insurance plan that you do not have a need for any claims. But, the price is right and the coverage appears to be what we want.
