We had to cancel our trip three days before our scheduled departure date due to illness. I filed a claim on Monday, and turned in the required paperwork on Wednesday. I heard on Friday that our claim was approved, and by the next Tuesday morning the full refund was in our checking account. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick response. I definitely recommend this company!

I always use Insuremytrip when I need to purchase insurance for an overseas trip.
My major concern when I travel are potential MEDICAL costs and I wonder whether I should limit myself to just this portion of the insurance......
