Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. Purchased plan to be reimbursed for cruise ports if missed. Plan did not cover this and was I not given the proper information before purchasing the policy that this was not covered. Very disappointed. Will purchase future policy with another company that has covered this in the past.

Thank you for your feedback. You did purchase the Nationwide Essentials policy which does not cover missed ports. However, coverage for missed ports would have been provided under one of the Nationwide Cruise plans.
