A sudden serious illness ruined our luxury European travel plans. We filed a five-figure claim in late May with IMG iTravelInsured and their service was prompt and courteous. By mid-August, we received notice that our full claim was allowed by their Underwriter and electronic payment is pending. And the premium was generallt10-15% less than several other similar plans. Highly recommended.

I felt confident that I would have the coverage I needed in the event of a problem. I thought it was reasonably priced. The customer service representative that helped me make a change in my travel dates and was efficient and pleasant. I will use this company again.

"No news is good news" -- the same goes for "No need to contact my insurance provider is good news!" I never had to actually file a claim or interact with any representative at AXA Assistance USA because my trip went smoothly (hallelujah!). So I'm basing my review on my belief that their policies were reasonably priced and I found one that fit my budget. Plus, having the trip insurance eased some of my concerns about traveling, and it was nice to have to eliminate some worry about an international trip in the times of COVID. I would use AXA Assistance USA again.

I had a change in travel dates due to pulling out of a tour, so not only were my dates changed, but the amount of coverage I needed went way down due to now traveling on my own. I called Generali the week before I was to leave -- they changed the dates and refunded the difference between my original coverage and what my new coverage was. The change and refund was same day. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and will certainly use them again the next trip I take.
