Filing the claim was straightforward and uncomplicated. The supporting documents requested were reasonable and easy for us to provide. The reimbursement was timely and exactly what it was supposed to be.

I would never recommend Insuremy trip or April Insurance to anyone due to an apparent disconnect between the two of you. We had a major problem regarding payment for an additional amount for our cruise/air cost. We gave you/them several different perfectly good credit cards for the charge, but we kept getting messages that it wasn't paid for, payment wouldn't go through, etc. All cards had very high limits, nothing was wrong with any of them, and yet either you or April were incapable of completing the charge. It's all documented in my file at either your office or theirs. The incompetency became extremely irritating to us and we became seriously doubtful that we were dealing with a legitimate company. Never again. Next time will go with a direct carrier.
