Unfortunately until you file for a claim you have no idea if the insurance is any good. Only those reviews with a claim should be posted. WA state insurance commissioner was not much help either. Where is an impartial report on the insurers performance?

I did not file a claim, so my review is about the phone contacts during the prevacation stage. My calls were always answered promptly - I did not have to go through a long menu and wait time. My calls were always answered by a polite and friendly representative.
I needed to call a number of times because we bought one plan for my son, who does not live with us, and a different plan for my husband and me. Each time I called, either to get information or to firm up a start and end date, I got a recommendation for a different, and sometimes better, plan at a lower cost. While this was welcome and appreciated, I wondered why it was not offerred initially. If I had not needed to make multiple calls, I would have had less coverage for more money. This also happened the last time that we used your service when we went to Spain in 2015.
On my next trip, I would certainly use your service to buy insurance. However, I would call back to confirm that the plan I am considering is the best that you can offer.
