I was quite happy with the communication I received from this travel insurance. Luckily we did not have to make a claim so I cannot attest to that part of the process. I felt the price I paid was adequate for what I was insuring.

Fortunately never needed the insurance plan, but worth the $ for piece of mind. Buying close to the trip definitely drove up the price, so plan at least a month in advance if possible.

A nice plan with good and adequate well rounded coverage for the recent trip. It was easy to discuss my needs with the agent and then purchase coverage. The coverage provided "peace of mind" while on a trip in the event something unfortunate would happen.

"NEVER" travel without travel insurance ... especially overseas!! Generali (formerly CSA) has been my travel insurance company of choice for many years. In 2007 while traveling in Italy one member of our party had a heart attack and naturally our vacation was cut short. Generali (CSA at the time) made filing a claim very easy and was quick to respond with payment for our lost travel expenses. In the end it all turned out okay but there is no doubt that having a good travel insurance plan with you will make any unexpected events a lot less stressful. From that trip forward Generali is the only company I will use. Luckily, I have not needed to file another claim since then but just knowing that we are insured against the "unexpected" makes the small expense of travel insurance well worth every penny that it costs. Don't think it can't happen to you ... You never know! Highly recommended!
