I had a claim and the representative I talked with was helpful. I had trouble with using the AXA website, so I asked for a claim form by mail. I finally got the website figured out before the claim form arrived by mail. My claim was honored in full, but I had complete documentation.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. Typically, comprehensive policies can be amended prior to the scheduled departure date. In general, increasing the covered trip cost and/or extending the travel dates will result in additional premium. I think it is really hard to rate satisfaction for a service such as Insurance unless you are unfortunate enough to have to use it.
I have purchased my Travel Insurance with Travel Guard on more than one occasion and they seem to be very effective with the sign on process and what they offer at a comparable market price.
