Fortunately, I didn't need to file a claim, so I can't speak to the company's performance there. But I will say the policy was very easy to purchase, seemed reasonably priced, and gave me peace of mind when I left for the trip. I'd probably buy this service again for my next big trip.

Luckily didn't have to use it so feedback is general value evaluation. Obviously don't know rating if the "chips were down." Thus plan satisfaction rating really not relevant.

I really have never used any ins. claim so far. However I will always use your company because it covers soooo many more incidents than what every trip plan offers. Also it is much more affordable than some of the ridiculous prices they ask.
