Didn't have to use it so I can't really say for sure if it is a good product or not. I did have the peace of mind that I had insurance, so that is a good thing. I picked Nationwide because I already am a customer and I am familiar with some of your products.

It was difficult for me find an easy cheat sheet on my phone of what would we covered or to have a handy proof of coverage page for traveling. I ended up just printing some clunky email to take with but it wasn't smooth or convenient.

The purchase confirmation is a one page document which includes the purchase details, contact information, and schedule of benefits.
