When traveling I have used Travelex for insurance needs many times. The coverage is good, price ok, and they make it easy to file a claim if needed. We had a camera stolen on a trip and were satisfied with the settlement. Mostly, it is just nice to know that coverage is there if needed. Thank you for great service!

I selected this plan because it seemed to offer the most coverage at the lowest price. And isn't that what most of us want in our travel insurance policy? Fortunately, I did not have to use any of its coverage. Although many in our group touring China became ill with respiratory diseases -- infected sinus, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, etc., we were able to continue and finish the trip.

We were on a cruise. Our plan covered Medical, Evacuation, Trip Cancellation (for covered reasons) and cruise line Bankruptcy. As you get older, the premium goes up. I may scale back future trip coverage to Medical and Evacuation to keep the cost down. InsureMyTrip's plan comparison tool is great.

We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.
