Since I made no claim on my AXA Assistance USA Platinum plan, I can't give a complete review; however I was completely satisfied with the plan cost and coverage. The piece of mind I had knowing that I was covered should an emergency arise made for a worry free trip.

It is hard to know if a policy does what it says since we did not need it. But I must say the representative who helped me choose a policy was very helpful and found a cheaper policy that gave us the coverage we needed. She was the best representative of any company I have dealt with this year. If their policy service is anything like hers, then we will certainly use them in the future.

I didn't need to use the InsureAssist TravCan Premier insurance but on a trip to India I was glad I had it. Price and coverage were better than the insurance offered by the tour company. I also liked the fact that most of this insurance is primary pay and not secondary (if I ever did have to file a claim).

Excellent customer service and helpfulness when I had to file a claim. The claims specialist was outstanding. She communicated both via email and telephone (responded to cli made to her voicemail). She patiently and politely answered questions, explained payment delays (which were NOT due to CSA, but rather to the hospital's reticence to release records) and kept me abreast of the entire process.

Not only was the AXA rate one of the most competitive in the market place, it beat the default from my travel supplier by some 300% in price! Added to that was the AXA brand from a company I already use for other investments. You had me at your brand, won me on price. I've already recommended your travel insurance to others. Good job from a big company. My wife loves your product!
