The first time I ever purchased a Travel Protection Plan, it was through CSA and I ended up having to cancel my trip due to a death in the family. The representatives were very helpful in getting my claim fully paid. I find CSA to be competitive in pricing an AAA+ in service if you need to file a claim.

We have use InsureMyTrip for over 13 years now (an average of one trip per year) and have always been satisfied. On two occasions, we have had to submit claims due to illness and canceling a trip and the representatives at the website have been more than helpful with submitting the claim to the insurance provider. I always look at your site and usually purchase through you -- sometimes I go through the travel agent due to specials. Your site is excellent for comparing benefits and is very competitive price wise and you have refunded payments in circumstances where the cruise has been cancelled or significantly modified by the cruise line.
