Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
I felt comfortable with the plan I chose and thankfully, did not have to use it. However, did have something stolen from my luggage, but did not follow the rules to report it to the police in a timely manner.

The below requirements are industry standard for Baggage Loss claims, with slight variation from policy to policy.
If Your property covered under the Policy is lost, stolen or damaged, You must:
(a) notify the Company, or its authorized representative, as soon as possible;
(b) take immediate steps to protect, save and/or recover the covered property;
(c) give immediate notice to the carrier or bailee who is or may be liable for the Loss or damage;
(d) notify the police or other authority in the case of robbery or theft within twenty-four (24) hours.
Reimbursement is based on the Actual Cash Value of the property at the time of Loss up to the policy limits. Original receipts for the lost items may be required to receive a maximum amount of reimbursement.
Very few reviews have gone through the claims experience, but I am one who has. My claim was paid in full. It took approximately 90 days to resolve, but the delay was mostly mine in providing a "cancellation letter" from the airline that the insurer would accept. Communication could have been better. No response to email inquiry. The day I called for a status update, I was told only to be patient. That very day, I received their check in the mail.

I gave two fellow travelers a recommendation to use your company. I previously recommended it to four travelers who now also regularly use your company. Same coverage, but less than half the cost of the insurance the cruise line offers.
