While we're blessed not to need to file a claim, it was very reassuring to know that had something occurred, we were covered for all possibilities. A fellow traveler fell and broke her hip, needed immediate surgery in France, and her travel insurance made sure she got all necessary treatment. Since we didn't experience any problems and had no need to file a claim, we can't really rate the company. However, we did receive a "bon voyage" message before the trip with info on contacting the company, so it was nice to know that the company was aware of our trip. We chose this insurance as it was comparable to that offered by the cruise company and a bit cheaper.
