It was very simple to purchase my travel policy. Once I made my payment, I quickly received a payment confirmation and policy number, followed shortly after with my policy documents. Having this policy gave me peace of mind should something happen prior to my trip. I recommend anyone planning a trip to purchase travel insurance.

The cruise line took bankruptcy and your company did NOTHING for us. Apparently the information was in the fine print. What a joke. We will tell everyone we know that your company should not be used by anyone. We did not get to take the trip...obviously, and you have our money. I'm sure this review will not be published.

I filed a claim on a previous trip and Generali reimbursed me for the entire cost of the trip. I was very pleased with that and continue to use Generali when I need trip insurance.
