It was a little bit expensive for our ages but it was a good travel plan and worth it. The country we traveled required a travel insurance and we had no problem presenting our insurance. We felt safe that we were insured to cover any eventualities that could ruin our vacation.

I had a change in travel dates due to pulling out of a tour, so not only were my dates changed, but the amount of coverage I needed went way down due to now traveling on my own. I called Generali the week before I was to leave -- they changed the dates and refunded the difference between my original coverage and what my new coverage was. The change and refund was same day. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and will certainly use them again the next trip I take.

I was pleased with the Covid coverage included in this plan. Fortunately, we did not have to use it, but it was there in case we had to quarantine while out of the country.

No hassle insurance plan for travelling to destinations where insurance is required. It covers more than any other plan, it is easy to get and gives you peace of mind when in another country. Mine covered Covid 19 hospitalization as well as plane schedule changes among many other perks. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately or trip was impacted by a major storm. I purchased coverage to protect non-refundable condo reservations and costs for travel delays. My suggestion is to make sure you keep all your trip documentation/receipts including costs for travel changes. Online claim process was fairly easy and I was reimbursed in a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
