Thankfully, we didn't have to use the plan. Although I said completely satisfied, that answer might be better left to those who , unfortunately, had the need to use the plan. I can say that the purchase process was quick and easy.

We love to travel, but with elderly parents, you never know what will happen. Also, airline strikes, hurricanes, floods...having trip insurance provides peace of mind. The John Hancock plan was perfect, and the ability to plan it and get reminders online is very convenient.

Having trip insurance provided peace of mind both before and during our travels. We didn't have to worry about the unexpected occurring because we were covered for both travel and health related issues. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim, but having the insurance made the whole trip more enjoyable.

Purchasing the insurance was easy. I discovered a date mistake I made several weeks later and had no problem correcting it with a very helpful John Hancock rep. I also liked the "have a nice trip" email just prior to departure. It reminded me I had insurance coverage and that your company was on top of things. Thank you.
