We used the same plan for a trip planned for December 2018, that was cancelled due to weather and travel conditions. We submitted a claim and found the process to be very efficient. Our cancellations were covered so we did not hesitate to cover our revised trip in August 2019 with the same company and plan.

We purchased the insurance for our Sept. Cruise to the Bahamas. Cost half the price of Carnival's insurance policy with much more coverage. Fortunately we didn't need to use it, but it was nice knowing we had it just in case. I would purchase from C & F Travel Insurance again.

We purchased this plan because we were taking a cruise during the time of hurricane season. Dorian came through but fortunately for us it didn’t affect our travels. It was a nice peace of mind to know we were covered if something did happen.

We unfortunately had to cancel our planned cruise owing to my wife requiring surgery. We filed a claim for the lost cruise cost and airfare. The insurance company asked for some additional paperwork from us. However, when we provided it, the claim was paid without any arguing. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to deal with the insurance company, and how fair they were. Our claim was paid in full, and the total time required was about six weeks. We are very satisfied customers!!!

No issues so policy was good hope never to use coverage main concern is medical will be getting a policy for a trip to Mongolia in 2020 and England also plus a trip to Jordan and israel

The Rep Kathy was through and very patient with me, explaining all my options. By the end of the transaction I felt I knew exactly what my coverage was, I was confident that the insurance covered the 3 of us traveling together, and I could breathe easier knowing we had our backs covered.
