I didn't file a claim, so I don't really know how good the plan coverage was and how efficient the administration of it would be. The selection of plans was good and I was able to find what I needed for a good price.

I needed to talk to a customer service representative regarding the Hawaii hurricane situation. I didn't think my plan would cover a hurricane and was only seeking confirmation. I called C&F Travel, and after waiting about an hour, I left my phone number for them to call back. The message stated that if I left my number, I would not loose my place in line and they would call me. They never called me, or left a message if I missed it. Wow, that was rude!

Wish I would have purchased it when I first started purchasing the pieces of my trip (hotel, rental car, airline ticket), but thankful that I didn't have to use the plan. It gave me peace of mind that should anything have happened, I was covered for my losses.
